2006 MINI

For sale is my Very Rare John Cooper Works 2006 Mini Checkmate. (I have been told less than 30 made).

The JCW tuning kit (certificate in history records) and brakes were fitted from brand new, the Log book states that it is a JCW. This is the 3rd Mini I have owned and it took me nearly a year to find a Checkmate in this condition with the specification I wanted. I have owned my Mini for 1 year 3 months now and it is amazing. It handles like a go kart and is very powerful at 210 bhp. My previous car was a 2009 FN2 Honda Type R and the Mini is faster and more fun. The Mini comes with a good spec. which includes a Limited Slip Differential (LSD fitted to all Checkmates), chrono pack on the dash board, the steering wheel houses cruise control, radio volume (Harman Karden unit) and phone buttons. I have retro fitted a full black and silver leather interior which has heated Recaro seats (excellent condition). The car comes with full service history and a stamped service book as per below:

I have just had the wheels powdered coated and the car hasn't been on the road since, so new! The Mini is fitted with 4 matching Avon 205/45 R17 tyres which have load's of thread left on them. I have also fitted some new Mintex rear disc's and pads since the last MOT inspector recommended I change them soon even though they passed the MOT. I have fitted some new genuine BMW wing Checkmate decals since the car didn't have them fitted from new and I like the look of them.

The present mileage is 82,746 miles and this mileage will not increase as I am not using the car and it will be garaged until sold. I have both keys and all of the booklets plus a file full of history. This is a very rare Mini that is in excellent condition but it does have some age related marks in keeping with a 13 year old car (has the usual small rust patch above the rear tailgate handle).
