2007 Audi

Meteor Grey with red leather interior. Private plate S5 CXL included in sale. 114,000 genuine miles (vehicle is in daily use, so will go up). New clutch fitted at 94,000 miles (needs doing every 80-100k), 380bhp remap (no Dyno printout unfortunately, but you can tell as soon as you drive it versus a standard S5; gives no ground whatsoever to my mate's RS5 V8 or M3 V8 at any speed). FASH up to 65k, then FSH at trusted local specialist thereafter. Vehicle has been meticulously mechanically maintained, and has only ever been fitted with premium service parts, and run exclusively on Shell V Power under my care. Four wheel alignment last done in April 2018. Last full service completed last month. MMI firmware has been updated to the latest version (5570), as has the Bluetooth (5150), Nav is running 2018 maps. A high quality Bluetooth transmitter has been fitted discretely in the glovebox to resolve the issue of Audi not offering Bluetooth music streaming until 2012. Every single factory fitted extra, including the very expensive convenience key, offering both keyless entry & keyless start (keyless entry on doors is notoriously flawed unfortunately; please Google 'Audi keyless entry issues' - works great for the boot though), Audi Drive Select (retro fit, as wasn't available at launch), front and rear parking sensors, 14 speaker B&O sound system, 6 disc CD changer, DVD Satnav, luggage net, folding luggage hooks, dual-zone climate control, heated seats, auto lights/windscreen wipers, fully electric memory seats, auto-dimming/heated rear view mirror/wing mirrors, DRLs, original floor mats, USB Quick Charge 3.0 port discretely installed inside arm rest. 19" 5 spoke Audi alloys. 2 keys. V5, service book and all receipts & paperwork present and correct.

Exterior/paint: 8.5/10 - Has some chips/age related marks on the bonnet/front end, as you'd expect for a car of this age, however overall condition is very good for age. Worst bit of paint (very slight in itself) is above the rear driver side wheel arch, and have been quoted £150 to fix. Could easily be bought up to 9/10 by someone with more skill than I using touch-up paint, which I will include, along with a primer, gloss, and rubbing compound.

Alloys/Exhaust tips: 8/10 - Structurally perfect, but all 4 could do with a refurb due to minor cosmetic damage. Have been quoted £40 each to fix. Exhaust tips are in good condition for their age, but could do with a re-enamelling if you wanted to bring them back to factory finish.

Mechanicals: 9/10 - Engine has never had any issues with carbon build-up (less common issue in the UK anyway, due to higher grade petrol compared to the US), and has always been run on Shell V Power under my ownership, with appropriate cleaning products added to fuel tank at regular intervals. Gearbox is perfect. Clutch has recently been replaced at a cost of £3000. Everything inside and out works as it should, with the exception of the AC, which will likely need re-gassing for next summer (isn't blowing as cold as it should be), and whilst keyless entry works perfectly on the boot, the fingerprint sensors on the doors are intermittent (very common issue due to bad design - works perfectly for a while, but eventually throws up fault code and needs clearing down with VAG Com then will work again - I'd presume would be resolvable by VAG Com specialist, as they are physically fine), fingerprint sensors themselves have been upgraded to the new type and are in full working order. Keyless start works flawlessly. B&O system is in full working order, and the 14 speaker system sounds absolutely ridiculous.

Interior leather: 9/10 - Leather has been cleaned and fed regularly whilst under my care, and whilst it is personal taste, the red leather really sits well against the rest of the interior, and the bluey silver Meteor Grey paintwork. No rips, no tears, just some very slight wear on the front two seats from people climbing in and out. Back seats are completely unworn.

Interior plastics: 9/10 - All very good. Only item of note is a 2mm dent to the driver side door speaker grille (only briefly visible when climbing into driver seat), and a 4mm scratch to the driver side door trim around the electric mirrors controls. I have bought an appropriate and high quality plastic repair kit, which I will include with sale. A couple of light marks here and there, but nothing that couldn't be remedied with a bit of skill, and certainly nothing out of the ordinary for a car of this age.

Overall condition for age: 9/10 - As you can see, all of the important/costly things you wouldn't want to worry about/replace on this vehicle are A+, and all the things that aren't are purely cosmetic. The vehicle has been mechanically maintained without compromise, having average miles for its age, and most under my ownership have been incurred on the motorway. No two engines are exactly alike, and all I can say is this one runs beautifully, and pulls like an absolute brute. The bespoke professional remap enhances performance even further, and effectively brings it into line with the RS5 V8 and M3 E90. The alloys and paintwork are good for their age, and would only need a small amount of money/skill to bring them back up to new. All four tyres are legal, but will need replacing within the next few thousand miles. I can provide further photos/videos/information on request.

The vehicle can be viewed in the secure compound of the police station where I work, and only those proven fully licensed and appropriately insured will be able to test drive it.
