This car is all about a wonderful sense of serene detachment from the noise, stress and bustle of the outside world. The 4.4L Turbocharged V8 engine offers huge torque figures combined with good overall fuel economy, to whisk you and your occupants along to any destination however rough the road surface and conditions.

First exhibited at the Paris Motor Show in September 2012 the fourth generation of the hugely popular Range Rover from JLR was an instant success. This generation introduced a lighter all-aluminium monocoque structure saving a whopping 420kg in comparison with the outgoing model. A capable car on both smooth tarmac and the roughest off-road terrain this is a fantastic recipe for a hugely versatile vehicle.

All the engines run through an 8-speed automatic transmission which can be operated by the rotary drive selector on the centre console or the paddle shift controls on the steering wheel. Being a Range Rover, the car has permanent four-wheel drive, an equal torque split and high/low range options for demanding off-roading or towing. Overall the Range Rover offers huge levels of comfort in a spacious and ergonomic cabin, fantastic all-terrain performance and top-level road presence.
