12 months MOT (September 2019)
After a full and thorough vehicle inspection at the time of MOT (additional to the MOT) by established Bentley specialists GT Services in Crewe, all points identified have been fully carried out by GT Services in order to maintain this beautiful car to the highest standard.
You are welcomed to call Ivor at GT Services to confirm the inspection and any work carried out to ensure to yourself that you are buying the best mechanical example possible. The work was done last week ready for selling the car (September 2018). I prefer to sell cars in tip top condition at the fairest price rather than other people who do not spend money on cars and then sell them cheap. I have spared no expense on this gorgeous Bentley.
It is a wonder to drive, to say how large/heavy the car is (the boot inside is huge and the seats are very comfortable for all passengers), it is surprisingly fast, although you should expect that from a 6 litre Bentley GT! The deep-sounding GRRRR of the engine sounds wonderfully pleasant is it powers you from 0-60 in less than 5 seconds and you can reach speeds of 200 mph if you happen to be on the autobahn (at the time of its release the Bentley GT was the fastest 4 seater car in the world).
With that much power and speed at under your feet, it is reassuring to know that the Bentley comes with the biggest brake disks on a car in the world, and the Diamond Edition comes with Ceramic Brake Disks (an upgrade on standard cars) which stop the car tremendously well.
Extremely luxurious inside with handstitched leather seats, it’s a fantastic looking car, forever getting compliments and head turns.
With the private plate (which I am letting the new owner keep S555 GTX), there really is little difference in the 2006 model (which was £132,500 brand new) and the current models to the eyes of the general public.
The car is packed full of tricks with it being the Diamond Edition (based on the 2007 Mulliner Drivers Package), but my personal favourite is the massage seats which just make it a joy to drive however many miles you do.
I have listed the websites I used myself to when researching to buy a Bentley below, which I hope helps save you time. All are from ruptable website such as Top Gear and Evo etc.
Car location Knutsford.
I have this car for sale in numerous other places and have the right to end the auction early should the car sell.

Top Gear
With a top speed that some tests have suggested is over 200mph, and it's no wonder that the Continental GT has the largest diameter brake discs ever seen on a production car. What's more, Bentley now offers an upgraded braking system on what it is calling the Continental GT Diamond Series packed full of extras that cost £15,000 above the standard asking price.
Evo
The Diamond Series features quilted leather seats, quilted door casings, drilled alloy brake and accelerator pedals, leather and chrome sports gear lever and dark stained walnut or piano black wood.
Externally, the Diamond Series is distinguished by unique tread plates featuring ‘Celebrating 60 years of manufacturing in Crewe’ badges, Mulliner alloy fuel filler cap and the world’s largest production car carbon-ceramic brakes.

Continental GT: an ongoing Bentley success story
"Our research shows buyers of the Continental GT value, above all, the Continental GT's sporty and classical design, its awesome performance, the appeal of the Bentley marque as well as its sheer practicality," says Dr Paefgen. "Eighty percent of all Continental GT customers are new to the Bentley marque, migrating not only from top-end luxury coupés but also supercars such as Ferrari – attracted by its mix of high performance and extraordinary refinement. More than two years after sales began, worldwide demand for the Continental GT remains strong."
Autoblog
The magnificent W12 twin-turbo 6-litre, 552bhp engine is unchanged, as is the six-speed automatic transmission with manual change mode and paddle shift. The four-wheel drive system with Torsen differential, and air suspension with continual damping control benefit road holding and primary safety. As with the normal Continental GT, the Diamond Series model has an official top speed of 198mph – although some independent tests have suggested its true maximum is over 200mph.
