If you are reading this, you know just how special these cars are and what they are all about. Finding one in this condition is becoming harder and harder. This car came from Torque GT and has been featured in a renowned ‘car throttle’ video against the FK2. First video on youtube if type in EK9.

As you can see from the photos, the car is in amazing condition for its age and been tastefully modified to an OEM+ standard. The car has been undersealed, as have the rear quarter panels from the inside.

Since my ownership I have carried out a fair amount of work to perfect it including: Refurbishment of brakes, front and rear from ‘BCS Brake Calliper Specialists’ and new discs and pads. Eibach springs, Skunk2 alpha radiator, SFS coolant hose set for the engine bay, kevlar intake elbow, painted rocker cover and strut brace in red crackle paint, black crackle finished inlet manifold fuel rail and throttle body. Zircotec ceramic coated 4-2-1exhaust manifold, 5zigen exhaust cat back system including de-cat. Rota slipstream wheels with Yoko AD08 R tyres, smoothed front bumper, LED Philips 6th gen headlight bulbs + led sidelight bulbs. Personal suede steering wheel with red stitching, Mugen aluminium pedals, re-finished spoiler base plate in satin black, Spoon engine damper, Spoon oil cap, Spoon baffled oil sump, single JVC din stereo, Ktuned battery securing kit, Clutch Masters stage 2 clutch and lightweight flywheel, Carbing ali rad panel cover.

Servicing work on the car; I have replaced the cambelt and water pump and tensioner less than 3000 miles ago. The coolant and power steering fluid have been replaced during my ownership and the oil routinely gets changed every 3000 miles with Fuchs 5w40. Spark plugs, fuel filter, brake fluid and clutch fluid have all been changed. I could list pages and pages of work completed on the car, but the pictures really do say 1000 words. No expense has been spared on keeping the condition of this car A1.
